Currently, Griffith Foods Europe has a vacancy for a talented Principal Food Technologist with experience in protein/meat technology.

Your Role :
  1. Develop new products for targeted customers.
  2. Create innovative functional seasonings, sauces, and coating systems for protein-based substrates.
  3. Serve as the technical contact for our customers in Continental Europe.
  4. Develop presentations, organize, and execute workshops in cooperation with sales and marketing teams.
  5. Conduct raw material evaluations.
Your Profile :
  1. Master's or bachelor's degree in Food Science or Technology with a minimum of 3 years of experience in meat processing.
  2. If not meeting the degree requirement, a candidate with a proven track record in meat processing is also eligible.
  3. Language skills: fluent in English and Italian.
  4. Culinary experience is a plus.

  2. A strong team player capable of working independently on product development projects.
  3. Self-confident and enthusiastic about presenting product concepts to customers.
  4. Creative, efficient, and well-organized.
  5. Flexible and willing to travel within Europe to support customers with product applications in their factories.
