Nike Direct Trading & Business Execution Spain & Portugal is seeking a Principal who translates signals into priorities, connecting store, digital and partner channels, and shaping seasonal plans with clear actions.

You will partner with territory and retail leadership, influence senior stakeholders, and drive decisions through evidence and clear trade-offs in a complex, matrixed environment.

Formación

• Experience leading analytics in commerce or retail strategy.
• Strong ability to turn data into actionable guidance for senior stakeholders.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and influencing across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Turn territory and marketplace signals into clear implications for Nike Direct and Sport priorities.
• Build an integrated view across Stores, Digital and partner-led channels.
• Shape seasonal plans by surfacing opportunities, readiness needs, risks and trade-offs.
• Deliver decision-ready recommendations on what to accelerate, pause or invest in.
• Coordinate actions, owners and timing, and ensure decisions are followed through.
