Qualifications

• Ph.D. or master’s in a quantitative field (biostatistics, AI Data Science, Bioinformatics, etc.).
• Experience in biopharma/RWE or healthcare data environments is preferred.
• Hands-on with real-world healthcare data (claims, EHRs, registries).
• Strong data engineering and analysis capabilities; proven project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop a portfolio of RWE projects based on real-world data.
• Lead end-to-end studies from research questions to interpretation.
• Collaborate with R&D Data, DS & AI teams and other partners.
• Create study protocols, analysis plans, and programming deliverables.
• Communicate complex methods clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ensure regulatory alignment and scientific standards in RWE.
