This role will be an individual contributor reporting directly to the IHS (Integrated Health Solution) Senior Supply Chain Strategy Manager, responsible for the Control Tower signature program offering. The role involves working closely with stakeholders including Service Delivery, Customer Care, Supply Chain Lead, IT, and IHS Finance.

A Day in the Life

In this role, you will be responsible for :

  • Transforming raw data into meaningful statistics and insights using automated tools, extracting data from primary and secondary sources, cleaning corrupted data, and fixing coding errors.
  • Assessing data quality and relevance, collaborating with business partners such as Service Delivery, Hospital Clinical teams, and Hospital Procurement.
  • Analyzing industry trends affecting hospitals, such as vendor production issues or product recalls.
  • Preparing reports highlighting trends, patterns, and predictions for hospital and IHS management.
  • Working with external data engineers to develop client-facing reports.
  • Presenting findings to IHS clients and internal stakeholders.

Must Haves

  • Over 10 years of experience in data analytics within supply chain management.
  • Proficiency with statistical tools to identify and interpret patterns in complex data sets for diagnosis and prediction.
  • Experience in creating 'client-ready' analyses to support stakeholder decision-making.
  • Strong IT skills, including SQL, MS Excel, and reporting platforms like PowerBI.
  • Background in supply chain, logistics, or material management is essential.
  • Hospital or medical device industry experience is preferred.

Nice to Haves

  • Knowledge of emerging data management and analytics trends such as ML and AI.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective liaison, influence, and negotiation.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with experience interacting across multinational teams and hierarchies.
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional travel within Europe, Middle East, and Africa, primarily within France, Nordic countries, and the Benelux region.
