Job Description:

Solution Design and Architecture:

• Lead the design and architecture of Informatica MDM solutions, ensuring alignment with client business requirements and best practices.
• Develop detailed technical specifications, data models, and integration strategies.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate Informatica configurations and customizations.
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of Informatica environments.

Implementation and Delivery:

• Lead and manage the implementation of Informatica MDM projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
• Configure and customize Informatica MDM, DQ components, including data models, workflows, and integrations.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of MDM solutions.
• Manage data migration and data quality initiatives.

Client Management and Consulting:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on MDM strategy and best practices.
• Conduct client workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
• Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for follow-on business.

Data Governance and Quality:

• Develop and implement data quality rules and processes.
• Monitor and report on data quality metrics.
• Provide guidance on data stewardship and data ownership.

Team Leadership and Mentoring:

• Mentor and guide junior consultants and developers.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical leadership and support to project teams.
• Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
• Contribute to the estimation of effort and resources for Informatica MDM projects.
• Contribute to the development of reusable assets.

Required:

• Experience in MDM, with a strong focus on Informatica MDM.
• Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing Informatica MDM solutions.
• E2E implementation experience involving phases from design, realization, testing, to go-live.
• Deep understanding of Informatica data modeling, workflow, and integration capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data integration principles.
• Experience with various integration technologies, such as APIs, web services, and Informatica ETL tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor project teams.
• Experience with other MDM platforms is a plus.
• Experience in specific industry verticals (e.g., Auto, Manufacturing) is a plus.
• Informatica SaaS certification is desirable.

Preferred:

• Experience with SaaS based MDM solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL and database systems.
