SimCorp seeks a Principal Business Trainer to enable clients, partners and internal teams to succeed by delivering impactful training on investment workflows and front/middle-office processes using SimCorp Dimension.

You will design and maintain comprehensive training materials, deliver sessions in person and online, collaborate with SMEs, and drive continuous improvement across global client sites with international travel.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Investment domain expertise in at least one area.
• 5+ years of training, facilitation, or knowledge sharing in financial services.
• Strong SimCorp Dimension expertise may replace formal training experience.
• Comfort with LMS platforms and digital content creation.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver in-person and virtual instructor‐led training in Investment (Front/Middle-Office).
• Create and maintain training materials and exercises using SimCorp Dimension.
• Represent Education Services in customer-facing projects and align training with needs.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content matches software functionality.
• Analyze and track training performance, maintain documentation, and drive improvements.

Principal Business Trainer – Investment

SimCorp is seeking a Principal Business Trainer who will enable clients, partners and internal teams to succeed by delivering impactful training.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver both in‑person and virtual instructor‑led training, using engaging interactive methods in the Investment (Front/Middle‑Office) area.
• Create and maintain comprehensive training materials, including presentations, exercises, case studies, simulations, and eLearning content focused on investment workflows and front/middle‑office processes using SimCorp Dimension.
• Represent Education Services in product initiatives and customer‑facing projects to align training with business needs.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure alignment between training content and evolving software functionality.
• Support ongoing improvement efforts by conducting analyses, maintaining training documentation, tracking performance through reporting, and engaging in team learning.

Qualifications & Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Investment domain expertise in at least one of the following areas: Portfolio Management, Financial Instruments, Risk Management, Performance Management, Investment Compliance, Trading, ESG.
• Ideally 5+ years of training, facilitation, or knowledge sharing experience in financial services or investment management sector.
• Strong SimCorp Dimension expertise may be considered instead of formal training experience.
• Relevant academic or professional credentials such as Master’s or PhD in Finance, Business, or Education; CFA or FRM is a plus.
• Comfort with modern learning tools, including LMS platforms, virtual training technologies, and digital content creation.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20‑60%) to deliver training across global client sites and SimCorp offices.
