Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a resource and mentor within the biostatistics department, overseeing training and development.
  • Lead and coordinate activities of biostatistics personnel on projects, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
  • Support all statistical tasks throughout the project lifecycle, including SAP preparation, programming, review of study documentation, and regulatory interactions.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Participate in or lead complex analyses, regulatory meetings, and contribute to business development activities.
  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in biostatistics or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in clinical trials, with leadership in multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in statistical programming and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
