We are currently looking for a Principal Application & Product Architect - Region South to join our team.

Mission :

As a Principal Architect, you will lead complex architectural projects with significant autonomy. You will provide expert guidance in creating integrated, innovative solutions that align with organizational goals. Your contributions will be critical in strategic technology planning and driving product excellence through high-quality designs and implementations. Your scope will be TAA EU Region South, which includes (among others) Italy and Spain. You will be part of the European technology leadership team, contributing directly into the tech strategy of the region.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead strategic analysis of business and stakeholder requirements.
2. Direct the development of comprehensive architectural blueprints and models.
3. Ensure compatibility and integration of new products / services with existing architecture.
4. Oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed technical specifications.
5. Lead technical planning sessions and strategy alignment with organizational goals.
6. Drive in-depth testing, validation, and optimization processes.
7. Ensure strict adherence to organizational standards and industry best practices.
8. Identify and address complex architectural and integration challenges.
9. Communicate strategic updates and design modifications to stakeholders.
10. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members.
11. Collaborate with CoE and drive the main joint initiatives within the region (security CoE, architecture CoE, DevSecOps CoE).
12. Drive reusability within and across regions.
13. Monitor cloud costs and drive initiatives to reduce or control unnecessary increases.
14. Drive best practices in designing, delivering and monitoring non-functional requirements.
15. Ensure that the data about portfolio assets is always updated and in sync with the reality of the systems.
16. Support M&A processes within and outside the region.
