We are looking for a Principal AI Product Manager to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications, and systems across any environment.

This is a pivotal role focusing on strategy, development, and delivery of AI-driven features across the Acronis platform. As part of the Platform Product Management team, you will collaborate with research teams, software architects, data scientists, and product managers across various business units. Your mission:

to define and lead Acronis’ AI product vision, ensure scalable execution, and deliver value through secure, privacy-preserving AI solutions.

What You'll Do

• Define and lead AI product strategy, partnering with leadership, engineering, and research teams.
• Identify, prioritize, and drive high-impact AI opportunities across our portfolio—cyber protection, automation, security analytics, LLM-powered workflows, threat detection.
• Collaborate with AI/ML researchers, architects, and data scientists to transition prototypes to production.
• Establish and maintain a clear AI product roadmap with KPIs tied to business outcomes.
• Act as the AI thought leader, promoting capabilities internally and externally, and guiding AI ethics, safety, and governance.
• Champion a data-driven product mindset, making decisions based on insights and market analysis.
• Integrate AI into product experiences while ensuring scalability, privacy compliance, and performance.
• Monitor advances in AI/ML, generative AI, LLMOps, and cloud AI to inform strategy.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in AI/ML initiatives within enterprise or platform contexts.
• Proven track record of owning AI product strategies at scale, ideally in SaaS, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or data platforms.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies like LLMs, NLP, MLOps, responsible AI practices.
• Exceptional leadership, collaboration skills, and ability to influence at all levels.
• Analytical, technical mindset with the ability to translate complex topics into customer value.
• Experience working with distributed teams, emphasizing scalability, security, and performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
