Job summary

Bridgestone Madrid is seeking a SWR Pricing Manager to lead pricing execution across Consumer and Commercial products in Spain & Portugal, aligning HQ guidelines with local commercial actions.

You will translate pricing strategy into local plans, partner with Sales, Finance and HQ Pricing, and drive governance, profitability and cross-functional collaboration in a challenging B2B environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, Sales Operations or Revenue Management.
• Proven experience managing price lists, discounts and pricing governance; SAP or advanced analytics environments.
• Experience in Automotive or B2B distribution environments.
• Strong forecasting, margin analysis and pricing performance monitoring.
• Experience working closely with Sales teams and supporting commercial execution.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with BI tools.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Position: SWR Pricing Manager, a key role responsible for leading pricing execution across Consumer and Commercial products in the region (Spain & Portugal), ensuring full alignment between strategic pricing guidelines and local commercial execution.

This position will play a central role in translating HQ pricing strategy into actionable local plans, enabling Sales teams to execute effectively while safeguarding profitability, pricing governance, and channel balance.

The successful candidate will act as a strong business partner to Sales, Finance and HQ Pricing teams, combining analytical expertise with strong commercial understanding and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.

We are looking for a strong analytical professional with proven experience in pricing, commercial finance or sales operations within a B2B environment.
