Job Description

The Opportunity :

We are seeking a Pricing Manager to develop, implement, and optimize pricing strategies across Flywire’s global payments solutions. This role will be responsible for analyzing market trends, assessing competitor pricing models, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring a seamless payment experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement strategic pricing models that align with Flywire’s business objectives and market positioning.
2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess trends and pricing benchmarks across industries and regions.
3. Collaborate with sales, product, and finance teams to optimize pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and client retention.
4. Analyze transaction data and pricing performance to identify opportunities for price optimization and margin improvement.
5. Monitor regulatory and economic factors that impact pricing decisions and ensure compliance with regional and global regulations.
6. Establish pricing governance frameworks, including approval processes and documentation for pricing changes.
7. Present pricing recommendations and reports to senior leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making.

What We Are Looking For :

We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of pricing models and financial analysis.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
2. At least three to five years of experience in pricing strategy, financial analysis, or revenue management in a fintech, payments, SaaS, or financial services environment.
3. Strong data analysis and modeling skills, with experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or BI platforms.
4. Ability to translate complex pricing data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
5. Deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive pricing strategies, and revenue optimization techniques.
6. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
7. Experience working in a global organization with knowledge of multi-currency pricing structures and international payment regulations.
8. Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
