Stryker is seeking a Pricing Manager for Southern Europe to lead a regional team and shape a value-based pricing strategy across the region, coordinating with senior leaders to accelerate pricing maturity.

Madrid-based applicants with Italy exposure are preferred; travel to Rome will be required during onboarding and key milestones to ensure alignment across markets and maximize profitable growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, or related commercial functions.
• Minimum 3 years of direct people leadership experience, including team management and talent development responsibilities.
• Experience leading pricing transformation, process improvement, or business change initiatives.
• Fluency in English and either Spanish or Italian.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a value-based pricing strategy that supports regional commercial objectives, profitability targets, and sustainable growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 10 pricing professionals, creating an environment where people can grow, perform, and succeed.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and senior business leaders to influence strategic decisions and maximize commercial opportunities.
• Drive pricing transformation initiatives, including process standardization, automation, and the implementation of digital pricing tools.
• Build alignment across multiple countries, functions, and stakeholders within a complex matrix organization.
• Establish and oversee pricing governance, including pricing policies, discount frameworks, controls, and approval processes.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across pricing, tendering, and contract management activities.
• Translate pricing insights and market dynamics into actionable business recommendations that support revenue growth and margin improvement.
