Stryker is seeking a Marketing professional to understand competitive dynamics, customer needs, and to help build and promote our product portfolio across Spain and nearby markets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support training, pricing decisions, and marketing plans while traveling regionally and occasionally to Europe HQs.

You will engage with stakeholders, develop insights from KPIs, and communicate results to leadership, ensuring regulatory and company standards are met.

Formación

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
• Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority.
• Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Understand key competitors and their relative strengths/weaknesses.
• Understand customer groups, including why customers buy the product or service.
• Identify critical customer needs and preferences.
• Provide customer feedback to marketing leadership.
• Aid in the construction of the marketing plan.
• Understand basic budget management principles.
• Understand general marketing principles such as segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
• Be the subject matter expert for applicable products/product lines and field technical questions.
• Support sales training initiatives and programs throughout the year.
• Support the on-label use and promotion of all products.
• Understand and support setting price and maintaining product or portfolio margin.
• Aware of commonly used internal/external communication goals, tools and formats.
• Use appropriate scorecards to track results.
• Track existing KPIs and reports back to the organization.
• Share basic customer satisfaction input trends with the salesforce.
• This position requires travel for customer visits, surgical case support, and participation in training programs, congresses, and industry events. Most travel will be within Spain and Portugal, with occasional trips to our headquarters in Amsterdam and our manufacturing sites in Cork and Freiburg.
