Ferrer Internacional SA is seeking a Corporate Pricing Excellence Lead to optimize pricing governance and lifecycle pricing practices across global markets. You will lead repricing with local and regional teams, build pricing dashboards, and ensure governance aligns with corporate standards.

The role requires 5+ years in pharmaceutical pricing, strong IRP knowledge, and excellent cross-functional communication within a matrix organization. Barcelona-based with a flexible working model.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical pricing, market access, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of global pricing systems, IRP, and lifecycle dynamics.
• Experience with pricing tools or data platforms.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize in-market product pricing and governance across markets.
• Lead pricing initiatives and repricing exercises with local/regional teams.
• Develop tools and dashboards to monitor pricing performance and IRP events.
• Ensure governance documentation and successful pricing committee processes.
• Drive strategic projects to enhance pricing capability and digitalization.
