TE Connectivity is seeking a Technology & Portfolio Manager - Pressure Sensors to drive long-term technology roadmaps across automotive, medical, industrial and AD&M markets. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate customer needs into platform strategies and collaborate with Product Management, Systems Architecture, Engineering and Operations to sustain growth.

Formación

• Commercial or technical background with a joint degree in engineering and business administration (industrial/commercial engineer).
• 10+ years in product management / engineering with pressure sensing across multiple markets.
• Proven track record in product management skill areas (P-L-M, PLM & Market/Sales Enablement).
• Business acumen & strategic agility.
• Experience with pressure sensors in multiple market verticals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and basic SAP knowledge.
• Ability to translate customer needs into portfolio strategy and promotions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute a long-term technology roadmap for pressure sensor product lines across market segments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate needs into technology strategies.
• Lead advanced development initiatives and identify technology trends and opportunities.
• Develop value propositions and competitive platform strategies.
• Drive portfolio growth through platform development and product standardization.
• Evaluate portfolio effectiveness and recommend investments and lifecycle actions.
• Lead cost-competitive, performance and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure portfolio relevance through technology refreshes and strategic investments.
• Coordinate cross-functional technology initiatives for business growth.
