Stefanini EMEA is seeking a Presales Solution Engineer to join our Digital Solutions Center team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients, sales teams, and SMEs to understand technology requirements, propose solutions from our portfolio, and guide clients in a consultative manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Present our current services portfolio to clients and prospects.
  • Understand and analyze client technical challenges and requirements.
  • Facilitate discussions to qualify opportunities and decision-making on bids.
  • Present technical and managed services solutions to clients and prospects.
  • Gather and clarify client IT and business requirements efficiently.
  • Coordinate and conduct kick-off meetings, workshops, and debriefs to foster solution co-creation.
  • Collaborate with domain experts to define optimal solutions matching technical, operational, and budgetary needs.
  • Develop proposal narratives using boilerplate content and integrate technical and cost details.
  • Coordinate proposal review, pricing, and submit final proposals.
  • Maintain bid trackers and manage client expectations throughout the process.
  • Communicate effectively with C-Level sponsors and multicultural teams.
  • Understand contractual requirements and prepare SOWs/MSAs for successful proposals.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in technology presales and solutioning.
  • Experience in customer-facing presales roles and translating requirements into solutions.
  • Knowledge of application development, infrastructure, or service desk solutions.
  • Ability to develop proposals independently and support sales with technical expertise.
  • Strong communication, presentation skills, and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
