Formación

About the Role

We are looking for a Presales Engineer to join our team in Viana or Madrid, with the option of remote work. In this role, you will contribute to boosting sales and driving the development of our tracker solutions in international projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the technical contact point for clients : engage in dialogue, gather requirements, and help shape the right strategy.
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams, as well as customers, to define project scope and solution design.
  • Analyze project scope and review documentation.
  • Prepare preliminary design documents, project costs, and proposal materials.
  • Develop project layouts.
  • Perform slope analysis and earthworks estimation.
  • Carry out project cost estimation and quantity surveying.
Potential Responsibilities
  • Analysis and Interpretation of Geotechnical Reports.
  • Design and calculation of solar trackers and fixed steel structures for PV plants
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in proposals, structural, or mechanical engineering roles.
  • Degree in Mechanical, Structural, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong command of English (B2 level or higher), with the ability to work and communicate effectively in an international environment.
  • Additional languages such as Chinese, Portuguese, or German are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Robot Structural Analysis, AutoCAD Civil 3D, or VBA programming is an advantage.
Technical Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in 2D technical design tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
  • Experience with solar PV plant projects.
  • Knowledge of international technical standards.
  • Strong skills in office tools, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience with 3D design software (Solid Edge, SolidWorks, etc.) is a plus.
