Presales Engineer

Job Description

Arrow ECS is seeking a Technical Presales Engineer for the Orange project. You’ll work in tandem with sales representatives, advising and counseling partners on security solutions. Responsibilities include delivering demos, conducting training and webinars, and providing technical support. This position can be based in Madrid or remotely from the Barcelona area.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work within enterprise environments, understanding systems and workflows.
  • Create documentation on project progress and results.
  • Check performance of installed equipment.
  • Organize meetings with customers to showcase Fortinet SD-WAN solutions.
  • Install, configure, and maintain equipment.
  • Evaluate equipment and systems.
  • Assist in system installation.
  • Analyze task performance.
  • Troubleshoot issues.
  • Create technical documentation.
  • Address client requirements and specifications.
  • Develop guidance for configuration issues.
  • Conduct training sessions.
  • Create demo models and present solutions to clients.
  • Perform proofs of concept tailored to client needs.

What Are We Looking For

  • Knowledge of Fortinet SD-WAN.
  • Hands-on experience with Fortinet products, especially FortiGate, FortiSwitch, and FortiAP, and network security management tools like FortiManager.
  • Certifications such as NSE4, NSE5, NSE6, NSE7 are a plus.
  • Experience working with partners and clients on network security projects.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and tackling new challenges.
