About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, fast-learning, structured Pre-Sales Consultant for the EMEA region to support our sales team throughout the sales cycle. This role involves engaging with clients, providing technical expertise, and contributing to customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The position is preferably based in Barcelona, Spain.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the sales team in acquiring new customers and upselling to existing ones by acting as a Subject Matter Expert.
  2. Provide leadership and competitive solutions based on Strands' value proposition, products, and technical platform.
  3. Engage in activities supporting the sales process, including project qualification, RFI/RFP responses, and solution design workshops.
  4. Translate customer requirements into solution definitions and deliver relevant documentation.
  5. Contribute to marketing materials such as sales decks and demo resources.
  6. Train and update the sales team on solutions and facilitate internal collaboration.
  7. Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product development.
  8. Participate in industry events, webinars, and round tables to promote Strands' offerings.
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, STEM, or related fields is preferred.
  • Experience in consulting, digital transformation projects, or digital banking solutions within the financial industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts related to digital financial solutions.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence, analytics, machine learning, or big data is highly valued.
  • Excellent presentation and demo skills.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
