A leading company in service management is seeking a Presales Consultant in Madrid. This role involves providing solution leadership, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with teams to create tailored solutions. Candidates should have strong sales-oriented personalities, ITSM knowledge, and be fluent in Spanish and English. The Presales Consultant will provide solution leadership around Matrix42 customer values for the Enterprise Service Management and additional areas such as Endpoint Management and Security, Mobile Device Management, Asset Management and other ITIL practices.
Being part of a winning team with Sales and Presales colleagues in Spain or Iberia, the consultant takes personal responsibilities for the customer, the opportunity and technical closing.
