- Participate in the preparation and provision of high-quality generic product, services, regulatory and strategy presentations at seminars, conferences and trade shows.
- Participate in technical SLA and contract negotiation.
- Participate in customer’s meeting with account managers, design, specify and advise on the most suitable communications solution to satisfy enterprise customer needs.
- Responsible for technical solution design and validation in the whole project life cycle
- Execute efficient communications with customer as technical point of contact
- Manage the project scope boundary, identify the risks in the presale stage, and manage the identified risks.
- Interact with multiple internal teams including sales, product managers, network engineers and procurement managers, as well as external teams such as technical teams of partners and subcontractors.
- Specific presales technical tasks assigned by management team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or equivalent majors
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT & Telecom market
- Solid technical knowledge in IPLC, IEPL, IP Transit, IP VPN, familiar with ICT, Cloud and IDC preferred
- Experience in ICT pre-sales support or related as a Nice-to-Have
- Profound project management skills and communication skills
- Excellent self-motived team player and quick adaption to dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, English and Mandarin
