A leading company in the agriculture sector is looking for a professional to drive the adoption of Precision Farming technologies. The candidate will engage with key accounts, support sales, and develop dealer capabilities while being based in Madrid. Ideal candidates will possess a technical degree and have substantial experience in Precision Agriculture along with language proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Precision Agriculture technology.
• Experience in sales of GNSS guidance and telematics preferred.
• Ability to support customer events and training.

Your Impact

• Drive adoption of Precision Farming technologies on AGCO equipment within the territory and for key accounts through business planning, tactics, consultation, and training.
• Grow aftermarket and retrofit Precision Farming technologies sales by offering the best available internal and partner solutions.
• Develop AGCO dealers' Precision Farming capabilities to increase equipment market share and customer satisfaction.
• Support Precision Farming customer events, trade shows, training, and equipment demonstrations alongside AGCO dealers.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Technical associate or bachelor's degree required; agriculture and engineering-related degrees preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting and/or selling Precision Agriculture technology such as GNSS guidance, telematics, rate and section control, etc.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish languages is mandatory.
• Ability to explain the technology's value proposition in terms of agronomic benefits to farmers and senior management.
• Permanent contract with a competitive salary.
