At SANED, we are looking for a highly motivated Presales Specialist with strong technical skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to our sales team, designing customized solutions for our customers, and ensuring an exceptional sales experience.

Responsibilities :

  • In-depth understanding of our products and services, as well as relevant technologies in the market.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and design appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals.
  • Resolve problems during the pre-sales process and provide quick and effective solutions.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the Healthcare sector.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Requirements :

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Pharmacy, Biology, or related field.
  • Fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva programs.
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce program is viewed positively.
  • Previous experience in a sales or pre-sales role or similar environment.
  • Good knowledge of products and services.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain concepts clearly.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to identify and meet customer needs.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and project management skills.
