Payfit seeks a passionate individual to join their Barcelona team, developing innovative HR and Payroll solutions tailored for the Spanish market. This role offers autonomy and the opportunity to work closely with global teams, focusing on continuous improvement, collaboration, and design efficiency.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
• Experience in product design and low code is advantageous.
• Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate in a dynamic environment.

is to build the best HR and Payroll solution for the Spanish market.

2️ You will use our in-house development tool (JetLang) and have a direct impact on the design, prioritization, and development of the product.

3️ You will collaborate with our product team and enjoy a high level of autonomy.

4️ The position is based in our Spanish team in Barcelona, with a flexible work-from-anywhere policy for greater flexibility and fulfillment.

Your missions

• Integrate local social laws and collective agreements from Spain into our platform using our in-house programming language (JetLang).
• Build and develop the product for Spain in close collaboration with the global team.
• Create and manage links between variables that form the system's intelligence.
• Design efficient and intuitive user paths.
• Continuously update the product according to changes in Spanish social law.
• Automate social declarations and processes to enhance scalability.
