Objectives and Tasks:

  1. Gain an overview of procurement processes and Bosch Manufacturing Solutions.
  2. Prepare documentation for material contributions to machining suppliers.
  3. Create a list of shortages and understand the priorities of the spare parts business.
  4. Manage machining claims with suppliers.
  5. Confirm and track delivery dates in SAP.
  6. Record ratios/discounts in SAP.
  7. Monitor status in ZTMON.
  8. Act as an interlocutor with the Bosch Solutions, Service, and warehouse departments for the spare parts business.
  9. Prepare comparison of machining supplier offers.
  10. Request quotes for machining and electrical work.
  11. Negotiate and issue machining and commercial orders.
  12. Enter prices of offers and update payment conditions in SAP.
  13. Collect, issue, and send evaluations to machining/commercial suppliers (LEB).
  14. Conduct annual inventory counts.

Student Profile:

  • Studies: Industrial Organization or Business Administration (ADE).
  • Enrolled in university until at least 2026.
  • Advanced level Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel skills.
  • Experience with 2D (AutoCAD) and 3D (Inventor) drawing programs, material selection, and treatments or coatings.
  • Basic knowledge of numerically controlled machining (desirable).
  • Basic knowledge of parts manufacturing (desirable).
  • Outgoing and organized character; frequent communication/contact with suppliers required.

Start date: 11.08.2025

Internship duration: 6 months

Stipend: €700 gross (full-time 35h/week)

€100 for on-site attendance
