A leading global IT consultancy is seeking a Solution Architect to design scalable and secure enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Solution Architecture, particularly within Financial Institutions. Responsibilities include delivering end-to-end architecture, creating design documents, and supporting cloud transformations. This position offers a remote working option.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
• Background in IT Systems Design within Financial Institutions.
• Domain knowledge in Finance & Risk, ideally General Ledger migration.
• Experience with transformation projects.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver end-to-end Solution Architecture across domains.
• Create Solution Design Documents using frameworks like TOGAF.
• Define and document As-Is, Transition, and Target Architectures.
• Support cloud transformation and legacy decommissioning initiatives.

83zero are supporting a leading Global IT Consultancy who are expanding rapidly across Europe! They’ve secured a major transformation programme with a global financial institution and are now hiring: Solution Architects!

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for designing scalable, secure, and future-ready enterprise solutions? We’re looking for someone to join the team and help shape the architecture of tomorrow’s financial platforms!

What You’ll Do

• Own and deliver end-to-end Solution Architecture across domains (Security, Data, Infra, Cloud)

• Create Solution Design Documents (SDDs) using frameworks like TOGAF , BIAN , ArchiMate ,



and tools like Avolution Abacus

• Define and document As-Is, Transition, and Target Architectures aligned to roadmaps

• Lead architecture strategy and stakeholder alignment across global teams

• Support cloud transformation , API/microservices , and legacy decommissioning initiatives

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in Solution Architecture

• Background in IT Systems Design within Financial Institutions (Retail or Corporate)

• Domain knowledge in Finance & Risk (ideally General Ledger systems migration)

• Experience with transformation projects , greenfield/brownfield implementations

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent English (written and verbal)

• Experience managing risk in regulated environments

• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
