You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and play a key role in driving our paid search strategy, ensuring we continue to achieve our performance targets and deliver impressive ROI. Responsibilities:

1. Own the PPC Strategy: Take full control of the PPC budget and P&L — driving revenue, improving profit margins, and achieving financial goals.
2. Maximise ROI: Develop and execute innovative strategies to generate positive ROI and enhance marketing efficiencies.
3. Set Performance Metrics: Establish clear KPIs to ensure consistent campaign optimization and success.
4. Monitor & Analyze: Track and report on campaign performance using metrics like ROI, LTV, ARPU, and ROAS, adjusting strategies as needed.
5. Test & Learn: Lead A/B testing of ad copy and landing pages to continuously improve results.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of experience in paid search, preferably within the online gambling industry.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
3. Excellent communication skills to present performance findings to senior stakeholders.
4. Deep expertise in Google and Bing Ads, including display and advanced bidding strategies.
5. Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and attribution models.
6. Understanding of how Paid Search integrates with Organic Search and other channels.
