Hitachi Energy is establishing an Operation Center of Excellence in Madrid. The role focuses on power systems analysis, simulation studies, and client-facing reporting within a dynamic engineering team.

You will translate insights into customer-ready reports, engage with clients to shape their needs, and collaborate across disciplines in an international environment. Travel up to 10% is required.

Formación

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in power systems analysis.
• Knowledge of RTDS, PSCAD, PSS/E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, Matlab, EMTP-RV.
• Experience with tenders and cost estimation is a merit.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead simulation studies individually or in teams.
• Produce reports from studies and present to customers.
• Understand customer needs from specifications and meetings.
• Coordinate with all disciplines involved in projects and tenders; connect to R&D.
• Collaborate with international Hitachi Energy units and stakeholders.
