Job summary

ERNI, a leading digital transformation partner, seeks a senior AI engineer to design scalable Copilot Studio agents and multi-agent orchestration for life sciences projects. You will shape architecture, govern AI and mentor peers in a hybrid Barcelona setting.

You will collaborate with product and security teams, drive best practices, and contribute to enterprise integrations while growing technical influence and leadership in the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies, including Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Microsoft 365
• Proven experience designing and deploying Copilot Studio agents with Generative AI, custom actions, connectors and RAG
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture, multi-agent orchestration, AI governance, DLP policies and responsible AI
• Experience with ALM, CI/CD using Power Platform Pipelines or Azure DevOps, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0 and PowerShell
• Ability to work independently, communicate with senior stakeholders and provide technical leadership and mentoring

Responsibilities

• Define AI governance standards, security policies and development best practices

Join our expert team to work on a digital transformation project in the life sciences sector, contributing to the development of enterprise AI solutions and multi-agent orchestration using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

What you will bring

You will be responsible for designing scalable AI architectures and advanced Copilot Studio agents with multi-agent orchestration and enterprise integrations. Supporting critical incident resolution and mentoring junior developers.
