Responsibilities

Job Description

1. Support the construction of a new testing set-up stand for inverter testing.
2. Support testing of power electronics components (DC/DC, OBC).
3. Manage and organize the test samples.
4. Understand the correct test configuration and instrumentation.
5. Understand and apply the test procedure.
6. Support tests at vehicle level for high power charging.
7. Understand high-power charging strategies from a power electronics perspective.

Qualifications

Background:

1. Passion for the automotive field, electric vehicles, and technical curiosity (EV/HEVs, vehicle architecture, semiconductor trends).
2. Knowledge of environmental and electric test standards like LV124 or VW80000.
3. Background in inverter control: FOC and DTC.
4. Passion for power electronics and energy conversion applications (DC/DC, OBC & inverters).
5. Experience with CAN communication and tools: VECTOR, CANoe, INCA.
6. Simulation skills using Matlab/Simulink.
7. Analytic and repair skills - problem solver.
8. Empathy, team spirit, proactive attitude, and high assertiveness.
9. Goal-driven, results-oriented, with strong service orientation.
10. Willingness to work in an international, multicultural environment.

Mobility

Valid B1 driving license for on-site mobility.

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Communication

1. Fluent English (useful for daily collaboration).
2. Spanish (written and spoken).
