Vall d’Hebron Institute of Oncology (VHIO) in Barcelona seeks a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join the Radiomics Group and lead AI-driven research at the intersection of medical imaging and multi-omics for precision oncology.

You will develop computational methods for quantitative imaging biomarkers and multimodal AI models that integrate imaging, genomics, pathology and clinical data. You will mentor PhD students and contribute to competitive proposals and publications.

Formación

• PhD in a relevant field with strong publication record in ML/DL for biomedical applications.
• Proven experience in AI and computational medical imaging.
• Demonstrated expertise in computational medical image analysis.
• Mandatory experience in MRI analysis and/or LLMs for biomedical/clinical research.
• Excellent programming in Python.

Responsabilidades

• Lead innovative computational research in AI, imaging, and multi-omics for precision oncology.
• Develop imaging biomarker methods and translational AI models.
• Mentor PhD students and junior researchers; contribute to proposals and publications.
• Collaborate across disciplines and with clinical researchers.
• Develop reproducible research pipelines and software for translational cancer research.
