Vall d’Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) in Barcelona, Spain, invites applications for a Project Officer in the Medical and Molecular Imaging Research Group. You will coordinate R&D projects in medical imaging and AI, aligning clinical and research objectives under the Radiology Department.

The role requires a Master’s in Project Management or MBA, plus experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, data governance, and GDPR compliance.

Formación

• Master's degree in Project Management or MBA plus related experience.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary R&D or clinical projects.
• Knowledge of medical imaging, imaging datasets, and GDPR.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience in healthcare or medical imaging environments.
• Familiarity with REDCap, SAP, and DICOM.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage R&D&I projects in medical imaging, radiology, and AI.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams across clinicians, researchers, engineers, data scientists, and external partners.
• Translate clinical needs into technical and operational requirements and solutions.
• Support design, collection, management and quality control of medical imaging datasets, including AI datasets.
• Coordinate ethics, regulatory, data protection, governance aspects and GDPR-related documentation.
• Prepare and coordinate project proposals, reports, deliverables and meetings.
