A leading research organization offers a postdoc researcher position focused on nanoelectronic devices. The role requires a Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering and experience in electrical characterization, especially of memristors. • Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Research in nanoelectronic devices, especially memristors.

Postdoc researcher

Job position requirements (skills / languages / required experience)

Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).

Background and research in the field of nanoelectronic devices, especially in the area of memristors for neuromorphic applications.

Experience in the use of techniques and equipment for electrical characterization at nanoelectronic device level.

Academic records : 30p

PhD in Electronic Engineering or related degrees (30p). Other degrees. 15p.

Languages : 10p

English C1 10 p, English B2 5p, English B1 2p, English without certification 1p.

• Experience in the electrical characterization of memristors. 20p
• Experience in characterizing properties of nanoelectronic devices derived from their non-linear characteristics. 20p
• Experience in the use of techniques and equipment for electrical characterization at the nanoelectronic device level. 10p

Work experience : 10p

Work experience as a university professor. 10p
