ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to continuous growth, we are building an AI Lab to drive the development and deployment of AI solutions across multiple business verticals. As part of this initiative, we are looking for an AI Researcher to explore cutting-edge AI techniques, develop innovative models, and advance our AI capabilities.

The AI Researcher will collaborate closely with the Head of AI, Data Scientists, and Engineering teams to push the boundaries of machine learning and deep learning, ensuring that research insights translate into impactful business solutions. This role requires a strong foundation in AI research, proficiency in state-of-the-art ML techniques, and the ability to prototype and experiment with new approaches in an agile environment.

YOUR MISSION

• Research, investigate, evaluate, and optimize the latest AI models, bridging the gap between Market Research, Product Ownership, and Business Intelligence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including the AI Market Research Team Lead, AI Data Scientist, AI Architect Engineer, AI DevOps Engineer, BI team, and Product Owners, to deploy AI models into production. This includes automating internal operations tools and developing B2C products.
• Contribute to the development of best practices for code reuse, model training, and fine-tuning, improving accuracy while managing costs effectively.
• Create, manage, and analyze large datasets, overseeing unstructured data acquisition, object detection, labeling, and data loader development. Extract patterns, trends, and insights to inform AI model development.
• Train machine learning models, fine-tune them for optimal performance, and ensure their scalability and efficiency. Assess their reliability and performance through rigorous testing and validation.
• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, sharing insights, recommendations, and findings with your team. Contribute to AI research through publications, conferences, and presentations, while driving innovation in the field.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• A dedicated AI and ML researcher with a solid foundation in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science. Proficient in Software Development and Engineering, with a proven ability to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions for real-world global products.
• Deep knowledge in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Deep Learning.
• Strong knowledge of Python as a programming language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Able to evaluate and interpret complex data and scenarios with logical reasoning.
• Attention to detail with consistently high-quality results in academic or professional work.
• Sound judgment and decision-making, grounded in real-world understanding.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI, staying updated on the latest advancements and exploring the field in depth.
