Full-Time Permanent Position

Location: Madrid, Spain

Position Summary

As part of the world's leading postproduction company, this role will be responsible for Post-Production Sales, primarily for the Creative department in our Spain region. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the postproduction industry, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new projects and end-to-end services for existing clients to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients, including studios, producers, and postproduction supervisors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention, implementing customer experience initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction, including managing expectations and resolving issues.
  • Maintain sales reporting and analysis to monitor and optimize performance.
  • Manage the sales budget, including forecasting, tracking, reporting, and working with the finance team to ensure profitability and cost management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Key Requirements

  • Sales experience in the film postproduction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of film industry and postproduction processes, including dailies, color grading, conforming, VFX, graphics, and sound design.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies based on market trends.
  • Analytical skills to monitor sales metrics and identify improvement areas, with experience in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English.
