Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, youll be assisting clients with
booking upgrades and tourism-related inquiries. Your role will involve handling calls and written communications while providing an outstanding customer experience. You'll be part of a multicultural and dynamic environment, helping customers from across the globe.
What You'll Do:
- Support customers with booking upgrades, changes, or general inquiries
- Offer friendly, solution-oriented service via phone, email, and chat
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Ensure all interactions meet quality and compliance standards
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and procedures
Languages Required:
- Portuguese (Native)
- Spanish (C1)
- English (Minimum B2)
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in customer service (ideally in tourism or hospitality)
- Excellent communication skills and empathy
- Comfortable using digital tools and working in a structured environment
- Availability to start training on 4th June 2025
- Located in or willing to relocate to Málaga
