A hospitality service provider in Malaga is seeking a passionate individual fluent in Portuguese to enhance customer service for the Portuguese and Spanish markets. Responsibilities include handling reservations and upselling tourism-related services. This is a 9-month temporary contract with a monthly salary of €1,583.33 and a relocation package. Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Join our dynamic team in the heart of Malaga, where we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service in the hospitality and tourism sector.

We are specifically looking for passionate candidates fluent in Portuguese with a strong customer service background to enhance our guests' experience.

Responsibilities :

• Providing support for the Portuguese and Spanish market through different channels (phone, email mainly).
• Handling reservations, cancelations, etc. in a professional manner.
• Up-selling and cross-selling tourism related products and services.
• Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Language Skills : Native Portuguese speaker (Portuguese accent mandatory) and advanced level of Spanish (C1) plus fluent level of English (B2 minimum).
• Location : Must reside in Malaga or be willing to relocate.
• Experience : Previous experience in hospitality or related customer service is a plus.
• Skills : Strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Location : Malaga, Spain
• Contract Type : 9-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension. 2-month trial period.
• Monthly Salary : €1.583,33
• Working Hours : 39 hours per week (8-hour shifts, morning or afternoon, determined post-training from 10 am until 11 pm)
• On-site : Get started with in-person training and work at our centrally-located Malaga office.
• Start date : June 13th
• Relocation package : refund of initial transport up to 200 euros, 300 -400 euros gross / month will be included in the payroll during the first 3 months in Spain for housing
