Overview

Join our client's team as a Customer Support Agent, assisting travelers with hotel bookings, inquiries, and special requests.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls related to hotel reservations and customer inquiries
• Complete bookings and assist with changes or special requests
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a commercial mindset
• Work with internal systems to manage customer cases efficiently

Candidate profile

• Native Portuguese (Portugal) + Fluent Spanish with good English communication skills
• Experience in customer service or sales is highly preferred
• Professional, calm, and customer-friendly phone manner
• Open to working shifts and weekends
• Based in or willing to relocate to Málaga

Employer offers

• 9 months (extendable) with a 2-month trial period
• Salary of €19.000 gross / year
• 39-hour work week with shifts between 08:00–23:00 (including weekends)
