We are a leading visionary design and engineering firm specialising in bespoke, high-end residential and hospitality interiors. Our work epitomises creativity, producing customised designs with meticulous attention to detail and unprecedented lead times. We are looking for a Procurement Technician to join our team in Madrid and support us in the procurement of Interior Design goods for the different projects of the organization.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Regular contact with the different suppliers to purchase items.
  • Negotiate good prices and delivery conditions.
  • Follow up on the status of orders and resolve any issues related to delivery times.
  • Manage legal knowledge related to taxes.
  • Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Update the information on the database of the company.
  • Procure different kinds of items from different markets.
  • Track external shipments and manage shipments with the logistics department.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

Bachelor's degree in business administration, international business, purchasing or related career preferred.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role. Knowledge of taxes and deliveries.

SKILLS

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
