DWS Group in Madrid is seeking an AVP Operations Specialist for Reconciliation to strengthen control, governance and efficiency across cash, position and trade reconciliations.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Compliance and Technology while driving data-driven insights and automation to reduce manual effort and improve outcomes. Hybrid working arrangements are offered.

Formación

• Graduate or master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in financial services, ideally in asset management, investment banking or fund administration.
• Extensive hands-on experience in cash, position and transaction reconciliations across investment books.
• Strong understanding of security and trade lifecycles across a broad range of products.
• Audit-ready mindset with governance and controls.
• Experience with AI, automation and data analytics concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of the Reconciliations function, identifying and resolving breaks.
• Review workflows and reconciliation reports to maintain strong KPIs.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues with product, systems and trade lifecycles.
• Partner with Front Office, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Technology and external counterparties.
• Maintain a robust risk and control environment with KPI/KRI monitoring.
• Identify process synergies and drive automation and AI-enabled improvements.
• Translate pain points into scalable automation solutions.
