Jobtailor in Madrid seeks a seasoned professional to support Origination and Structuring during pre-closing, coordinate with risk, legal, and operations teams, and independently manage lenders’ post-closing requests. Formación

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in Real Estate Finance and/or Asset Finance transactions.
• Fluent Spanish (native speaker or minimum B2 level); English proficiency at C1 or higher.
• Additional language skills (Italian, German, French, or Asian languages) are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting Origination and Structuring teams during the pre-closing phase of transactions.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders including Origination, Relationship Management, Risk, Legal, Operations, and other support functions.
• Independently managing lenders’ requests and post-closing events including amendments, waivers, consents, and restructurings.
• Monitoring compliance with financial covenants, guarantees, security packages, and other contractual obligations.
• Maintaining close relationships with Agent Banks, borrowers, sponsors, and other key stakeholders.
• Managing incoming and outgoing transaction documentation.
• Overseeing the portfolio from an asset management perspective.
• Contributing to the optimization of risk‑adjusted profitability metrics.
• Supporting continuous enhancement of the department’s technological and reporting infrastructure.
• Proactively identifying emerging risks, sector trends, or transaction‑specific issues.
