Roc360 Spain seeks an experienced professional to support loan operations and financial analysis in Madrid. You will audit legal fees, prepare investor reports on delinquencies, and track foreclosure cases, helping to reduce costs and improve process efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, fluent English, and strong analytical and communication skills. Opportunity to work with a global fintech group and travel for international assignments may be available.

Qualifications

• Recent bachelor's or master's degree with a strong academic track record.
• 3+ years professional work experience.
• Fluent English; professional working proficiency is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in real estate sector and macroeconomic trends.
• Excellent analytical skills including financial modeling, projections and stress-testing.
• Dedicated problem solver with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Auditing legal fees.
• Preparing reports for investors on delinquent loans.
• Tracking and managing foreclosure cases.
• Identifying opportunities to reduce costs in the foreclosure process.
• Working with the Technology team to automate repetitive tasks.
• Maintaining accurate Protective Advance records.
• Ensuring a smooth and accurate invoicing process.
• Supporting reconciliations with the Accounting team.
• Coordinating urgent payments to keep foreclosure processes running.
• Analyzing loans with significant losses.
• Coordinating with attorneys on deficiency collections.
• Collaborating with Payoff team to ensure payoff figures are accurate.
