Portfolio Reporting and Insights Analyst We are seeking a detail-oriented Portfolio Analyst to support shareholders, management, and business areas by delivering in-depth analyses and reports to maximize investment profitability. The role involves analyzing portfolio performance, preparing strategic reports, and creating actionable insights to drive decision-making processes.

Budget for this role : 33.000,00 €

Key Responsibilities Support shareholders and management with data-driven analyses to optimize investment returns.

Develop and maintain customized reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.

Perform periodic reviews of portfolio performance, including segmentation, strategic action plans, and trend analysis.

Prepare monthly and quarterly presentations summarizing key portfolio insights.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Statistics.

A Master’s degree in real estate, investment, portfolio valuation, or financial modeling is a strong asset.

1–3 years of experience in consulting, analysis, or managing NPL (Non-Performing Loan) and REO (Real Estate Owned) portfolios, preferably in servicers, consulting firms, or advisory roles.

Expertise in investment analysis, financial modeling, and performance reporting.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with SQL; familiarity with Power BI and VBA is a plus.
