Formación

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en la industria farmacéutica.

  • Identificación de brechas en procesos actuales y sugerencia de acciones.

Descripción del empleo

As part of the Make-or-Buy team, the Senior Manager of Product Life Cycle Strategy is responsible for the execution of the global life cycle management strategy at STADA, maximizing manufacturing network performance, with a focus on COGS leadership, supply reliability, and high-quality products. He / she defines criteria, processes, and governance to ensure the timely delivery of life cycle management initiatives for legacy products under the STADA product portfolio. He / she identifies gaps in the current processes via the implementation of control systems and suggests actions via an established RACI matrix.

  7. Fluency in English: Other languages are desirable.
Professional Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business economics, industrial engineering, industrial management, or a similar area. Master’s degree is seen as a plus.
  2. More than 5 years of professional experience in the Pharma industry, in the areas of CMO management, direct procurement, portfolio life cycle management, and business development.
  3. Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Value chain: COGS drivers, production costs.
  4. Brief exposure and knowledge of manufacturing processes; understanding of EU regulatory rules and requirements; non-EU requirements is a plus.
  5. Experience in project management activities, with a demonstrated track record and results.
  6. Expert user of SAP; Power BI and Tableau seen as a plus.
