Candidates should possess over five years of experience in the pharma industry and relevant academic qualifications.

As part of the Make-or-Buy team, the Senior manager of Product life cycle strategy is responsible for the execution of global life cycle management strategy at STADA, maximizing manufacturing network performance, with focus on COGS leadership, supply reliability, and high-quality products.

He / she defines criteria, processes, and governance to ensure the timely delivery of Life cycle management initiatives for legacy products under STADA product portfolio. He / she identifies gaps in the current processes via implementation of control systems and suggest actions via established RACI matrix.

• Communicator, verbally and non-verbally, and presentation skills. Life cycle initiatives are to be presented to upper management; training of processes to low-mid management. Versatility and capacity to adapt communication style to the audience is required
• Emotional intelligence. Despite the aim of supporting decisions with data, the capability to read the audience is seen as a plus. Working with different stakeholders, at multi-level functions and with conflicting priorities requires capacity to influence, gather support, and superior emotional intelligence skills
• Fluent in English, other languages desirable

Professional :

• Bachelor’s degree in business economics, industrial engineering, industrial management or similar area. Master´s degree seen as plus
• More than 5 years of professional experience in the Pharma industry, in the areas of CMO management, direct procurement, Portfolio life cycle management, business development
• Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Value chain : COGS drivers, Production costs
• Brief exposure and knowledge of manufacturing processes; understanding of EU regulatory rules and requirements, non-EU requirements is a plus
• Experience in project management activities, with demonstrated track record and results.
• Expert user of SAP, Power BI, tableau seen as a plus
