Opportunity at Capitole – Portfolio Manager

Location :

Barcelona (2 days / week in the office)

We’re looking for a Portfolio Manager with a strategic mindset, business-oriented vision, and solid experience managing IT project portfolios in international, complex environments. If you enjoy coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining budget control, and having end-to-end visibility over projects… we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

Steer and monitor the portfolio of business lines and support functions.

Drive project prioritization, execution tracking, and delivery of key performance KPIs.

Maintain up-to-date visibility of the portfolio in the global repository (Planview).

Collaborate closely with regional portfolio managers, Finance, IT, Marketing, and more.

Contribute to the yearly IT strategic plan and synchronize with Finance and Transformation teams.

Must Have

7+ years of experience in IT Project Management.

Deep understanding of Software Development and tech team dynamics.

Fluent in English – written and spoken

Nice to Have

PMP, PRINCE2 and / or Change Management certifications.

Familiarity with Planview or similar portfolio management tools.

1,200 / year in training budget for certifications, books, events, etc.
