Formación

• 4+ años de experiencia en mercados energéticos.
• Dominio del inglés y habilidades avanzadas en Excel y PowerPoint.

About the Company - We are currently seeking a skilled Origination Manager to join our Energy Management team at Qualitas Energy, based in our Madrid office. Qualitas Energy is a leading fund manager specializing in renewable energy, energy transition, and sustainable infrastructure across Spain, Germany, Italy, Poland, the UK, Chile and the United States. The Energy Management team is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the Group's diverse portfolio, encompassing electricity, environmental products, and emerging technologies.

About the Role - Main responsibilities:

1. Lead the definition of the commercial strategy of the group in all geographies and technologies.
2. Identify, originate, analyze and structure opportunities in worldwide energy markets for all types of offtake agreements.
3. Maintain and develop close relationships with counterparties in the region.
4. Valuation of different risks and hedging contracts.
5. Lead negotiation and execution of short and long term contracts for the products generated by renewable assets.
6. Participation and launching of PPA tenders across the different geographies.
7. Preparation and presentation of commercial pitches and internal reports.
8. Participation at trade fairs and power market events on behalf of the company.
9. Assessment of new markets and geographies.
10. Regulation analysis.

Experience and requirements:

1. 4+ years of experience in energy markets.
2. 2+ years of experience in the valuation of physical or financial hedges.
3. Negotiation of electricity contracts.
4. Very high level of English.
5. Very high level of Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Proactivity, involvement and availability, capacity for effort and sacrifice.
7. Hard worker and team player.

Required Skills - Will be valued:

1. Other languages, especially German, Italian or Polish.
2. Negotiation of gas contracts.
3. International experience.
4. Commercial nature.
