Plug and Play Tech Center is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to join our Portfolio Analytics team in Valencia. This role focuses on venture capital data, portfolio reporting, and stakeholder support across Ventures, Marketing, Sales, and Legal.

You will handle data from PitchBook, Crunchbase and related platforms, building robust dashboards and models in Google Sheets and Excel. The ideal candidate has a finance/data analytics background, advanced spreadsheet skills, and familiarity with SQL, VBA,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related quantitative field.
• Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills with data analysis.
• SQL, VBA, and AI tools (e.g., Claude) are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Independent, curious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Generate analytical reports and dashboards using portfolio and investment data.
• Build and maintain Google Sheets and Excel models with advanced formulas.
• Ensure data quality across internal systems and reconcile discrepancies.
• Provide portfolio and market data for strategic decision-making.
• Prepare data submissions to PitchBook, Crunchbase, TIME, and other platforms.
• Automate reporting workflows using SQL, VBA, and AI tools where relevant.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analyses and data requests.
• Support ad hoc administrative needs as they arise.
