Bikini Island & Mountain Hotels is seeking motivated service staff for our Ginsul bar by the pool and beach in Colonia de Sant Jordi on Mallorca. You will help create a lively, premium gin-focused bar experience for guests along the sun-soaked coast.

Bring a passion for mixology, strong guest service and teamwork. Spanish at a high level is required, English is a plus. The role offers a long season with energy and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Experience as bartender or passion for mixology.
• Outgoing personality and guest focus.
• Cocktail knowledge and creativity.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Team player with attention to detail.
• Spanish high level required.
• English intermediate required (German is a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve drinks with consistency.
• Create a lively bar atmosphere.
• Customer service: engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, recommend drinks, and ensure a positive experience.
• Support our Bartender with the drink preparations: mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to recipes and requests.
• Cash handling: process payments, handle cash, and operate the POS system accurately.
• Prepare bars for each shift according to standards and procedures.
• Ensure smooth operations and maintain cleanliness & hygiene.
• Work closely with service team and represent the Ginsul concept.
