As Pool & Beach Manager, you will lead daily pool and beach operations, foster team development, and elevate guest satisfaction to the highest level. All while creating a world-class guest experience. You will lead by example, cultivate team excellence, and elevate service standards to reflect the Nikki Beach brand. Your goal is to maintain a safe, luxurious, and memorable environment that exceeds guest expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive monthly sales targets in the pool and beach department as well as increase beverage and food sales in the pool and beach areas.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate the team, delegate tasks, and respond constructively to feedback.
  • Create a safe, welcoming, and vibrant environment for both guests and team members.
  • Use resources efficiently and maintain a clean, organized pool & beach area.
  • Oversee staff scheduling and daily operations.
  • Coordinate and manage bed reservations and seating plans.
  • Uphold and promote Nikki Beach brand standards and values.
  • Provide ongoing staff development through monthly assessments. Conduct training to ensure staff perform well under pressure.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with guests and ensuring a memorable experience.
